The last sign explored in this series was the second water sign, Scorpio. In the last article of this series the final water sign Pisces, will be explored in more detail to help writers understand their motivations, their aspirations and their good and bad points. Characters born under the sign of Pisces will have their birthday somewhere between 19th February and 20 March.
Pisces – Overview
Pisces is the twelfth sign of the zodiac and is represented by the Fishes.The character represented by the zodiacal sign of Pisces can be compassionate, dreamy, sensitive and intuitive. Pisceans are like still waters running deep. They are able to accept life’s challenges and get to the top but it can also be too easy for them to flounder and sink to the bottom. Piscean characters can be very changeable and their moods and feelings can change many times in a short space of time. They value space where they can dream freely.
Pisces – Physical and Behavioural Attributes
Pisceans generally have very sensitive, caring eyes. They have a very trusting look and a quality of understanding and are generally non-judgemental.
The male Piscean character can be tall, but this is not a particularly distinctive feature. They have broad, thick shoulders and can look a little clumsy. He will not be particularly ambitious but he will make good out of the opportunities that present themselves to him. The Piscean male is very romantic but is not easily fooled. He is not materialistic and rarely gets jealous but his feelings can be easily hurt.
The female Piscean character is normally slim but as she gets older may struggle with weight gain. She has large eyes set in an oval face with clear soft, skin. She has a very charming smile and an air of mystery about her.
The Piscean female will not try to dominate her partner and may appear vague and dreamy. However, while she may present a sense of being helpless she is well organised and gets things done. She is emotionally vulnerable and likes to belong to someone.
Most Pisceans ,if loved and allowed to dream, are typically healthy. However if they do become unhappy they often turn to drink or drugs to escape and find solace. Pisceans enjoy relaxing and going with the flow.
Pisces – Likes and Dislikes
All the star signs have some lucky elements assigned to their profile. Piscean characters will prefer the colours of violet, light green and blues. The gemstones pearl, amethyst, beryl and aquamarine represent their sign and the metal tin. Their favourite animals are the fish and the dolphin.
Piscean characters do not like team activities particularly but often will be drawn to more dangerous sports like racing cars. The dislike bright noisy places where there are too many people. They are hard to get to know, protecting their personal space and the intricacies of a Piscean are hard to pin down. They love going to romantic places, being wined and dined by candlelight.
Piscean characters can be a little too gullible and lose touch with reality. They can become entangled in the problems of others without realising it. They tend to blame themselves for everything that goes wrong and can become depressed. These characters are also quite shy but are very loving and caring once their barriers are down and they allow someone in.
